1. Facebook Market
This will be your best-friend!! At first, I was sleep but now I am woke baby...This was my number #1 place to find décor and small item. I found bar stools that retailed for $275 for only $75 and they were brand new. With Facebook market, you can also change the location to see more options in your area. Also, selling on Facebook market is super easy and you will legit sell your items in a day, well furniture lol.
2. Avoid Wayfairrrrrr
Wayfair prices are extremely high for the quality that you are receiving. While trying to find a bed, I noticed that Wayfair doubled the price of the actual item. The best way to get the best deal is to find an item on Wayfair, and google it. You will notice that Walmart and other sites has the same items from the same company and for less. It's a scammmmmmmmm
3. Do not buy everything at once
Since February until now, I have been buying items one at time, so that I did not have to splurge trying to find items for my apartment once I moved. Find a storage to rent out and keep all your items in there. Instead of spending roughly around 5,000 dollars at once, you can spread your spending through the span of however many months.
4. WishList
If you have loving friends and family members who truly support you, an amazon Wishlist is great to have as well. With the Wishlist, just keep it simple don't ask for pricey items because you might overwhelm people. Keep it simple, with cleaning supplies and maybe kitchen accessories.
