If you’re reading this, then you have been following me on this journey on moving to Atlanta .. Well y’all, I finally did it and I am so happy. If you’re thinking about moving, but fear is holding you back, just do it it. I rather try and fail at something, instead of never taking a chance.

Tips on planning to Move

1. Before moving, make sure you have a plan, move with a motive.

2. Figure out why are you moving and what this move can do to benefit you in the end. In my case, I was tired of living in SC and being in a place where I feel like I couldn't grow. The only thing holding me back was family.

What do I do in my free time?

Most of my friends and cousins live here, so literally everyday I have something to do. Your girl is really outside for real and outside is not the clubs every night lol. My definition of outside is going out and experiencing new things around the city.

While I am enjoying my summer, I am trying to experience as much as possible because when I start working it's a wrap. I love going to the park in my free time & Piedmont park is literally my favorite one to go to. Since I moved here, I have fallen in love with going skating, I try to do this twice a week. Also, Atlantic station sees me like once a week because Hobnob has the best drinks and wings in my opinion. On the weekend, I go to Buckhead because I am more of a bar girl not a club girl. Throwing on a t-shirt and some jeans and having fun is the way to go.

I am excited about my new journey down here. Since being here I have thought about my future so much and what I want to accomplish in the next year. Let's pause for a second ....Stop reading this right now and make a list of 5 short term goals you have and 2 long term goals for this year. Doing this will really help you zoom in and focus on what is important in life.
