Teaching in a Pandemic

If you watch Tik Tok then you know how to say this correctly "Awful, its just Awful." Overall, I am thankful for my school and my team because they are doing a wonderful job but babbyyyy, I am exhausted. When I wake up in the morning, I think about how happy ima be when I get off and lay back in my bed. I love the kids, but it just seems like this year is draining. This is my 2nd year teaching and I don't know if I can hang on when I got yearsssss left....Feels like I am serving a jail sentence with a monthly check. #freeme

The amount of teachers we are missing is crazy and yes, of course we have to fill in and cover classes, which is more draining. My mom told me not to be a teacher, I should've been a lawyer because I love to argue. But the thought of me losing a case and now someone is incarcerated for life didn't sit well with me. #RipProctor. Hopefully overtime, it will get easier.
